Intellectual property. All content on this website, including text, visuals, logos and the Pitchpipe name, is the exclusive property of Tyos and is protected by French and international law. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
Liability. Tyos takes care to keep the information on this website accurate but cannot guarantee it, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of this website.
Governing law. This website is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.

What we collect. Identification details (name, company, role), contact details (email, phone), your professional context and the tools you use, the information you submit in our forms, and technical usage data (such as IP address and browser type). We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.
Why we use it. To answer your requests, assess and arrange early access to Pitchpipe, manage our relationship with you, improve our services, keep this website secure and meet our legal obligations.
Legal bases. Your consent (for example when you submit a form), the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and our legal obligations, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How long we keep it. Contact and early-access request data: up to 3 years after our last interaction. Contractual data: for the duration of the relationship plus applicable statutory periods. Analytics data: according to the settings of the tools concerned.
Who we share it with. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf, including HubSpot (CRM, forms and website analytics, hosted in the EU) and Webflow (website hosting and forms), all bound by GDPR-compliant terms, and with authorities when the law requires it.
International transfers. Where data is transferred outside the European Union, it is protected by European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights. You can access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to etienne@tyos.vc. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).
